Streaming videos from my PC to my Xbox360

So I saw that recently the xbox360 is supporting a program called TVersity Media Server. You install the program, and us it as a gateway to watch movies on our 360. I have a problem though, I can't find a program to use to decode it. The TVersity manual said I would need to install a program, but I have no idea what to use......

Okay since no one knows. Is there a program I can use so that when I put a DVD in my PC I can convert it to a WMV file? I guess I can play WMV files over my 360.
