you need to download Visual Basic's (5?) Runtime Libraries Pack.

That is Very Interesting Because I Don't Use Any OCX...

@DanniDin
there's another (poor) GUI dedicated for SSRC.
it uses this active-x component.
@pinoy2201
you better use DanniDin's GUI (http://www.dannidin.f2s.com/BeSweetGUIv0.5.rar) !

@pinoy2201
Are You Using Windows 98?
I Think I'll Have to Rewrite the Code for the ToolTips. They Take too Much Memory...

DanniDin

pinoy2201, Glad You Like DVD Decoder :) (which is Also the Work of Nautilus) But I Don't Understand How it Works for You when it Takes 5 Times the Memory of BeSweet GUI Takes.
Try BeSweet GUI v0.6 beta 2 (http://dannidin.netfirms.com/BeSweetGUIv0.6b2.exe)

DanniDin
24th December 2001, 17:25
I Really Don't Understand it. I Guess BeSweet GUI Has Much too Many Controls and Screens.
Do You Get Out of Memory Errors Also On Win2K?

pinoy2201
24th December 2001, 17:49

pinoy2201
24th December 2001, 20:41
DanniDin i find that 5.0 use less memory becuase i dont get as many out of memory errors as the last two
DanniDin
24th December 2001, 21:10
It Don't Know What to Tell You...
Is there Anyone Else that Get Out of Memory Errors ?
DSPguru
24th December 2001, 21:14
it's probably not the tooltips..
look for HUGE arrays or public variables..
DanniDin
25th December 2001, 20:48
I Have a Huge Module. I'll Split it into Small Ones and See What Happens...
(It Probably Hits VB's 64K Segment Boundary).

what entity is each screen of the GUI ? a frame ?
try spliting the screen into different FORMS, and :
1. load/unload them accordingly
2. align them to a dummy, basic form.
