Please shared how to rip movie like aXXo

Hi, I have try so ripping few movies. But i cant get the quality like aXXo. Anyone know about aXXo. I watch his ripped movies, the movie quality (video-avi & audio-mp3/ac3) are so damm nice. But i do not know what are the softwares he/she is using, and what are the setting he/she setting too.

Someone please teach me on how to get the ripping movie quality just like aXXo have been done so far :)
