I get this error while attempting to rebuild a DVD9 to DVD5 ISO. When I click "ok" rebuilder closes with no other information given. Any and all help appreciated, Thanks

That means that a file the program is trying to access is not there any longer. I'd need a little more information to help -- like the REBUILDER.LOG and REBUILDER.INI files.

I don't see a *.log file anywhere in the directory, or is it an option I must turn on?

It would be in the working directory. It's called REBUILDER.LOG.
I noticed everything is using the "C:" drive except the working folder... is "D:\TEMP" correct?

correct, but, I have my windowWasher clear D:\TEMP each time it runs, I am now running rebuilder again with a different working folder, I will post the log as soon as it fail, which by coincidence is about 53%

hmmm, ran fine this time, 3rd time must be the charm, unless changing the working dir could effect it? Anyway, thanks for the effort.

Perhaps your washer came on during the encode/rebuild?
