For quite some time i used the previous version with no problem, yes it used bbmpeg etc etc. so i updated to version
1.2.3. build 1. now after some backups i got an error during the process of audio. Audio is extracted, then i can see that BeSweet runs to check max gain and as soon as BeSweet wants to modify the adio in a new format i got an error in my own language roughly translated as: The instruction on 0x1000b93a points to a memory on 0x00a10000. the write instruction on the memory did fail. choos okay to end programm or cancel to search programmerrors.

i did remove and reinstall dvd2svcd but the error stay's

in the logfile ( see below ) nothing strange there... but if i start BeSweet from within the gui and do the same file i got an error 47 Error with LAME dll!
i'm out of clues i did see some posts on the subject error 47 but couldn't find a post with a solution.
anyone can help me out here ?

Some of us are getting same/similar error when using CCE 2.70 ( http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=118772) and the issue seams to be if the avi is either an XVID or DIVX :D Just by changing the 4cc header to DIVX seams to fix the problem.

If your doing AVI to DVD, then maybe worth checking out the AC3 encoder plugin by Nick http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=102291

thnx for the re. chickenman.

i'm using TmPeg and the files do not contain ac3 sound, also it is not just one file but all files even the once that i transformed before !! after some test i can see that it has something to do with lame_enc.dll transforming any sound to wav is no problem with BeSweet but as soon as there is a format taken that uses the lame_enc.dll it gives error 47... to see what happens i took headace.exe and tried to change the audo.wav into audio.mp2 here also same problem..
i'm out of clues anyone who can help me ?

kind regards
Tj

This really sounds odd.
I would start by running MemTest86 or GoldMemory to check for any errors - it could be a hardware problem that has coincided with the software upgrade.

Other than that, even if the original file does not contain AC3 audio, you can convert to AC3 using the plugin Chickenman mentioned. If it works, this would at least get you a working file to author a DVD from. If it doesn't work, the problem is not with LAME.dll - it lies elsewhere.

Hi!now after some backups i got an error during the process of audio. You might want to perform a "System Restore" back to the last time things were working properly...

Thnx guys for ur time !

I did check with memtest lucky me i got somewere a floppy lol... there where no errors...
i did a restore and after a reboot all went okay... except for one file.. i guess i have to try to change the 4cc header like chickenman sugested.. if someone knows a good url for a howto thnx in advance.
also what about audio... some people if a file is opened in vDub it nags about a inproper bitrate... when one pushes the no button audio is in sync.. using dvd2svcd the audio it totaly screwed up... whats the best aproach for such a problem ?

thnx for the help in my first problem

kind regards,

Tj
