VOB Help

I don't have a DVD player on my computer so I got my Videos ripped on my Xbox and FTP them to my computer. In DVDShrink I reauthor it to make it one file instead of a whole bunch of small ones. When I do this for some reason it doesn't want to use the last VOB file. So I end up leaving out about 15 minutes of the movie. Whats wrong?
Also I know for sure that the Xbox ripped the last part.

one suggestion would be to try an alternative method to joining the .vob files rather than using shrink (eg vobedit)
