Hi, I have a video (two parts actually) which have VBR MP3 audio.
I'd like to make it CBR sothat I can join them with VirtualDub.

I'm following this guide: http://www.divxland.org/troubleshooting.php#13

However when I get to this step:The audio codec selection window will show up. Chose the MPEG Layer 3 codec and a bitrate value between 96 and 256 kbps at 44100 Hz, remember a higher bitrate will increase the output file size.

This is what I get in my MPEG Layer 3 codec options:

Howcome the highest bitrate is only 7KB/s and only 24000Hz?

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or how to join video files which are VBR another way?

Thanks a lot,
Kuba.
