FAQ links are dead in the stickies guys.

I thought it would be something obvious like plonking a .avsi in the Avisynth plugin folder and calling the plugin from the script?

Well I tried that with HybridFuPP() but it bombs out with an error when I load it in VDub.

Doom9's forums are great for finding stuff out but sometimes you have to dig really hard through the search function to find the silliest of things.

It's a shame the info has become so twisted up and hard to get at. :P

That's exactly how you use it, though you also have to have all the plugins used by the script loaded. (I can't remember for sure if hybridfupp uses any of the plugins that tend to kill newer versions of avisynth, but I don't think it was one.)

When asking about avisynth errors, giving the specific error is highly recommended.

Unfortunately avisynth's wiki was taken offline by a system hiccup a while back and not all of it exists elsewhere online, thus the faq problems.

Yeah I found out it needs certain dll's in the same folder. Works in VDubMPEG2 but not normal VDubMod.
