Problems Decrypting

I just got The Davinci Code, and I am having some serious problems Decrypting it so I can make a backup of it. I don't know if this is really the place to ask, but since I use DVD Rebuilder to make my backups I thought that maybe I can ask here.
It goes to about 4% when decrypting and then stops. I have problems with Dab Decrypter on my system I just get an error code so don't know what the problem might be there, so I cannot even try if it will decrypt it. Anyone have any ideas what I can do do get this DVD decrypted so I can make a backup of it.

But both DVDFab Decrypter 3.0.4.0 (http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm) and RipIt4Me 1.5.7.0 (http://forum.digital-digest.com/forumdisplay.php?f=97) go thru The Davinci Code without a problem

Ok thanks, I noticed some other stuff with my pc, so I am trying to reinstall DVDFab as we speak to see if I can get it to work if not I will try the other one you said worked just fine.
