Is there a tool that creates vob files (1GB each, DVD compilant) from my 6GB m2v file??
Or do i need to use a DVD Author Programm for this??

Most dvd authoring programs do the "multiplexing" and the "authoring" at the same time (input is m2v+ac3, output is dvd compliant ifo+vob structure)
But if you use "dvdauthor" (http://dvdauthor.sourceforge.net/) those two steps are done separatly by two different programs:
- "mplex" does the first step: multiplexing your m2v and ac3 to some kind of a vob file (mpeg+nav points, basically a vtst only)
- "dvdauthor" does the second step: including one or more of those mpeg files in a dvd compliant structure (with vmgm, vtsm and so on...)
I don't know if it answers your question, but that's a way to just multiplex dvd video without turning it to a dvd structure like a dvd authoring app would do...
I don't know what's your incentive to do so, but I remember using mplex to first multiplex m2v+ac3 in some usable mpeg video and then (some time after) using dvdauthor to convert a bunch of those to a burnable video-dvd with a menu and all...
