Hello,
I have 2 versions of the same movie, a rare Italian movie, the Arabian nights. The first version is an image entertaiment release and the colors and transfer are horrible, the other is a PAL region 2 DVD with an excellent transfer of the same movie. What is the best way to convert the PAL DVD into an NTSC SVCD or VCD without motion problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I could use the NTSC DVD but its quality is soo bad.
