Title and Change CD Picture

I just started using another computer to do encodes and the title and change CD pictures did not come out right. They were faded and went off the right side of the screen. Stuck me a strange, since the two computers had the similar setups. After playing around some, I foud that the difference was the video settings. It was set to high color (16 bit) and the original encoding computer was set to true color (32 bit). I change the setting to true color and now the title and change cd pictures look like they should.

I don't know why this change in color depth would cause this problem, but it did.
