You'll get great results with DVD Rebuilder.

I've been told that CCE gives the best resultes, it may not be a easy program but gives the best quality.
Is that true ?

""CCE" has nothing to do with compressing DVD9s to a DVD5s - It is used to convert DVD format files to other, more compressed formats...

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you said there. I use CCE every day to reencode movies from DVD9s so that they'll fit onto a DVD5. Same format (MPEG-2), just a smaller size.
For sombla-
CCE is one of the encoding programs supported by DVD-Rebuilder. For beginners, I second dialysis1's suggestion.

I know CCE is not a program for beginners, but if CCE gives out the best quality i'm willing to learn it.
I know there are dozens of guides that explain how to use it.

Another option is to split the movie and the extras across two disks. Use one for a movie only backup with only audio and sub streams that you need checked, and in most cases there will be no compression at all, resulting in a lossless backup. The other disk would have everything checked except the main movie.
If it's an episodic disk, you can put half the episodes on each disk.

Nero Recode IMO gives the highest quality conversion. I converted Serenity once, just the movie w/o extras, and it looked 90% like the original DVD. CCE is very indepth, I don't think it's worth the trouble.
