Avery Lee's plugin subtitle and the crash of Nandub

Please can someone help me ?
When i encode a movie with nandub, with filters as smart smoother and warp sharp and avery lee's subtitle, when the moments of the first subtitle come, nandub stop encoding : the general board stay active but no move in it except the raising of the encoding time.
Virtual dub has no problem and go on in the encoding.
What should i do ? Must i stay in a virtual dub way ? Should i convert my ssa script into ifo ?

Are u using VobSub and if yes which version cos in the new versions or anything above 1.5 most of the problems u are describing have been rectified. if you are using an old version download the new one

I know cos i encode a lot of anime into Divx using those filters and the sub filter for the japanese subtitles!!

it was indeed a problem of update (i had tried the new filter on a sample). Thx a lot. Sometimes the easier way is forgotten ;).
