What program should i use that will be the easiest way to change subtitle button in DVD's menu? I just need to export picture to BMP , edit it and reinsert.

What do you want to edit, the subpicture layer (highlight) or the background image or both?
Or do you only want to remove a button?

I want to edit lets say button Swedish Subtitiles to Slovenian Subtitiles.
I have to export the file, edit it and import again. I would prefer one program and not more.. Easiest way :)

You don't have answered my question!
Do you need to edit the highlight (e.g. a text that change the color if selected)?
Or do you need to edit the background (e.g. an underline or pointer to the button text as highlight, and the same underline or pointer can be used for the new button text)?

just the text itself.. The usualy black text that writes name of the subtitile language.

To exchange only the background is much much easier.
But now you have a chance to get familiar with several tools. :)
As far as I know, there is no all-in-one tool for this task.

If I pass the highlight picture, is the step the same or can it be simplified?

If you only want to exchange the background, then you need VobBlanker as one-and-a half-click tool with MuxMan as support program.
Here is a TUTORIAL (http://www.goonix.biz/download/tutorials/replacebackground.htm).
But I fear your menu will look strange if the highlight is still the old text.

Very nice! Thank you! My point is not to make the menu very fancy, just to make it workable with selectable subtitles.
Is there a way I can get source of this file to translate it to my language?

Of course.
Its easy to edit (translate to Slovenian language).
Look at your PM.

Hi iElectric!
The tutorial is a capture of an original background exchange with VobBlanker. You see directly if the background changes.
Do you saw it too in your work? And it is important to set the "Skip/Process" flag correctly.
Sometimes there are copies of a menu in different cells.
Maybe you have modified only one of them (the wrong one)?
