DVD Rebuilder can't do it by itself. But you can use DVD ReMake to combine them and then bring them down to size with DVD-RB. That's how I typically combine discs.

You do have IFOs? Nero Recode can do the job pretty well if there are no menus to these clips, and you don't want to re-author to create one. Not sure how one would trick DVD Shrink into doing this (I've only used it to collect parts of a single DVD in the past), but I imagine it could be done...perhaps drag-and-drop?
Anyway, if the clips come in oversized for a DVD-/+R, you could export the project into a folder as uncompressed or 100% quality, then use DVD Rebuilder on the result.

Not sure how one would trick DVD Shrink into doing thisFrom a post somewhere far, far away and long, long ago:
After loading Shrink do not use open files or open disc. Go straight to the browser in reauthor mode and go to the folder where the movie is ripped to. The movie will be in its own title which can be selected and then analysed.
It will work with any title as long as the corresponding IFO and BUP is there as well.

So if he were to place all his material into one folder (probably renaming some of his VOBs, IFOs, and BUPs so that he doesn't run into having files of the same name in one folder) he'd be able to stick them all together within Shrink, even though his sources aren't related to one another? I wasn't sure if Shrink would have a problem analizing everything if they weren't already linked in some way.

Nope - a separate folder (IFOs, BUPs, VOBs) for each - added via "Re-author" mode - result 3 Titkes on one DVD...
