DVD-Rebuilder 1.12.1
I'm using the Segment Viewer to blank and change the reduction level on some DVD segments when I came across this.
The little bar is hidden underneath the left control. Just previous to this, when trying to move the little bar it kept jumping up and down when I did the opposite. So when I moved the bar left by clicking on the arrow keys, it would move right. The total size of the segment is 0.4mb. Just a guess, would the size of it be the problem? The video being too small to make a precise change?
As you can see from this screenshot (http://img370.imageshack.us/img370/8925/previewdo7.jpg), it is hidden. I could not get it to occur again with a much larger video (http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/914/preview2sj7.jpg). This is as far as I could move it.
The DVD is The Long Weekend (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0385057/) R4 PAL.
