Just finished backing up copy of Ice Age with RI4M,it took almost 3 hour's but did produce a good back up.Any ideal what's up with this protection.It was full screen region 1 disk,full movie.
DVD Fab pulled it in 30 minute's but required more post processing.Is this some new protection scheme?

Hi!

The Region 1 version of this 20th Century Fox release contains no newer or "special" copy protection. Therefore, there's no need to use either the "RipIt4Me" package or DVDFab Decrypter.

It can readily be ripped using ONLY DVD Decrypter or ONLY DVD Shrink - and in FAR less time than you've indicated was taken by the "RipIt4Me" package...
