Merging video clips into one

Are there any avc (H.264) or just merging video clips in their original codec format. Not just one clips, like 10.

And how to use that program; if possible.

I doubt my suggestion, but is it possible to do that in Virtual Dub using Direct Stream Copy?

Yes, it is possible with VirtualDub. But you will need a VfW decoder to at least see the video in VD. Use ffdshow.
