Hi
I was wondering how I use the "new VBR algorithm" in WMV9 Advanced Profile?

Is it as simple as chosing VBR when using WMV9 Advanced Profile?

If I want a peak at 4Mbit/s I simply use constrained VBR and set the peak level to 4000kbit/s, right?

I'm not sure where the reference came from, but yes, there is only one VBR method available.
