I can open each .wmv file in Windows File Editor from WME9 and add TEXT and URL command at specific times of the video, but how can I do it for a directory with 100+ .wmv files by batch?
Preferably a command line tool like WMCmd.vbs

Sorry to bump my own thread, but I'm desperate for a way to add SCRIPT commands by batch as I now have 300 files to add a URL to :(

Have you tried this? http://www.radioactivepages.com/english/asfbin.html
It mentions script commands in the features list.

OK I went to the mainpage of the site and downloaded it.
It works great, thanks zambelli :D
PS. It creates .ASF files, is it safe to rename the file extension to .WMV?

Yes, WMV is the same as ASF.
