Sorry for long post....hope someone can at least point me in the right direction...I have no audio on the completed disc, mpeg, and audio...have used virtualdub to extract the audio and put it back in to make sure the audio is compliant.

I sometimes get problems when the audio is not 44.1 or 48 khz sample rate. Yours is 24kHz. As your done, I'd extract the audio with VD and use Goldwave to manually resample to 48khz, normalize the sound level and convert to stereo. Save out as a 16bit stereo WAV and convert to AC3 with ffmpegGUI. Rename the file to Encoded_audio_1.mp2 and copy to your working folder to overwrite your original. Then in D2S, select Authoring stage in the Recover option.
