3GP to AVI or WMV

What's the easisest way/tool please?
Not just demuxing and remuxing, but with transcoding too as video is MP4 ASP and audio is AMR.

Managed with ImTOO 3GP Video Converter 3.1, but a freeware alternative, CLI even, would be very much appreciated, anyone can suggest it please?

The easiest way I can think of would be Super (http://www.erightsoft.com/home.html) by eRightSoft.

Personally I've never used the feature for 3gp but I'm going to assume it works. It uses either mencoder or ffmpeg to do the encoding I believe.

You can try the following CLI encoders as well (they more then likely have frontends available):
