allofmp3.com declared legal in Norway

This is a good one.

The Norwegian government has declared that it is not illegal to purchase music from www.allofmp3.com.

They claim that as long as the site is legal in Russia, it is also legal to use in Norway! More info can be found on most online magasines in Norway, such as www.digi.no, www.itavisen.no and www.hardware.no.

I just read that allofmp3 will have to conform to us copyright laws though.

I don't completely agree that allofmp3 was legitimate though.
Yes it was legal to current Russian law, but I find that it was definately not fair in that only russian artists got anything from the music sales.
It would seem only logical to me that it shouldn't be legal to make money from someone else's work without their permission.
So I also think that it isn't that strange that if Russia wants to participate in international trade that they also have to follow some rules that other countries find rightful.

allof mp3 is an" illegal" website, even if they charge you only 1-2$ per disc.going on a p2p website is exactly the same except the p2p websites are free.(like p...bay.com)

still this is the model of website we would like to see.if it was legal, but i doubt because it is too cheap and some idiots make more money buy suing teenagers than selling disc at 1 buck .

(hope you understand my excellent English or what I try to mean because sometime when i read myself, I wonder what I have drunk this night!!)
