Hi need some help with best settings for ffdshow on my media center
Running Vista RTM 6000 (home pro)
Hardware:
AMD X2 4600 (dual core)
x1900GT (graphics adapter)
1GB PC3200
Connected to a LG M4200C 42" LCD monitor using DVI cable. Running resolution 1360x768
Currently i have installed no dvd app or anything. Only the latest ffdshow: ffdshow_rev548_20061115_clsid
Im going to use this machine to watch DIVX, DVD and XVID movies. And ofc some hdtv stuff ts files etc.
Anyone got a clue what to select on the video decoder configuration?
Would appreciate some help. Since there are so many settings. Currently trying out post processing and resize stuff.
Also will ffdshow only improve divx and xvid or should it also affect dvd? In that case is dvd raw video?
