For 2 years ago i made a copy of the kids cartoon movies, 14 piece. Just in case one got damaged. And yesterday we would see one that had gotten a big scratched. No broblem I said, I have a copy. But no, the copy started freesing from the middle of the movie and is worthless. I checked that out by a couple of the other copies - same result.
1. Is there a fast way to check a dvd copy, so I dont have to watch all the movies ?
2. I used dvddecrypter and clonedvd2 aint that okay ?
Kind Regards
Johnny
:thanks:

There's no quick way to determine if the movie is playable or not. It sounds like a bad media issue.

Have you tried playback on your computer. If that works ok, you can re-rip the copy and create a second copy.

the copy started freesing from the middle of the movie and is worthless. I checked that out by a couple of the other copies - same result. In light of the fact that several burned discs are exhibiting the same behavior, the problem may be that your player needs a cleaning.

Try running a DVD/CD cleaning disc on your player. Maxell makes one that sells for approximately $10US...
