VobBlanker Cells w/ Pointers mismatch

I got the error shown in the attached screenshot when I loaded a rip of the movie 8 Below. I ripped it w/ RIt4Me and ran it through FixVTS twice. I ran it through twice because it was unclear to me that it had gone though properly once, although I'm pretty sure it did. Perhaps running it through twice screwed it up?

What does this error mean? Should I trash the project and start over?
