Hi, i have a .ts music video which i want to playback. but i cant seem to. i tired to open it in windvd 8 platiunm it wont open at all :( . What player and decoder do i need to playback 1080i.ts file?

i did. It's not playing it properly. I mean the video's length isn't complete.

How do you know the length is not correct? Tell us exactly what happens when you try to play it in MPC.
How big is it? If not too big, you can post a link to it and I will have a look at it.
It could be a spurious sequence end code in your MPEG ES. I don't know if Restream supports transport files, but you can use it to remove sequence end codes. If Restream doesn't handle transport, you'll have to demux the audio and video, delete the end codes, and then remux.
