I do hope someone can help me with this problem. I am sure its in a setting or something but damned if I can find it. My only solution I can see is to scrap what has already been done and start the project again. With a 30 hour encoding time that is not really what I want to do. All appears to go well until it starts to process the second cut --it aborts and seems to start on the 00.mpg again. I am ctiing and pasting the dvd2svcd log and the bbmpeg log. Any help would be appreciated. This is a, as of now, dedicated machine--Athlon 900 running XP----256 RAM--and a 40 gig ATA66 7200 rpm WD HD.

Sorry <g>---no offense intended, its a 'Southern' thing <g>

well sorry, but it didnt help, although the link you sent me was most appreciated. It appears to cut and mux the 1st 2 parts and quits, producing not a 3rd split and no images <g>--. The pulldown encoded file is complete so I dont know .... So I scrapped the whole project and started again fresh--we shall see.

Thanks

Jim
