sonic digitalmedia plus v-dividing DL dvd movie

Hi folks,

I have sonic digitalmedia plus v7 software and would like to divide double layer dvd movie into 2 single layer dvd as i don't have dl dvd media. Does anyone know how to do it? I tried the help option on sonic digitalmedia plus v7 and did not find the topic or it is not covered there. Does anyone uses sonic digitalmedia plus v7 and is familiar with the software? please help.

If sonic digitalmedia plus v7 can not do the job, which other easy and non complicated software would you recommend?

DVDRemake is the tool for this. I suspect that the software you have is for creating DVD from elementary streams, not altering an existing one.
