Hello,
Trouble = Windows media 9 encoding does not recognize the .AVS file, it recognizes the AC3 to 6 Mono WAV files that where converted using AviSynth. Is there a way to verify that the d2v file was scripted correctly by AviSynth?

Is there a way to verify that the d2v file was scripted correctly by AviSynth?

Open the script in VDub(Mod) and if there's no error message, the script is good.

I don't know anything about WMV, so I can't help there.
