Titanic subtitle colour problem

Hello, im processing tianic r2, the film is split over 2 discs i used dvd remake (pro 3.4.1) 2 merge the 2 pgcs into 1 it works perfectly but i have a problem, when viewing the finished result the subtitles are white but when it gets to the point where disc 2 starts the subtitles are an orange/brown colour, if i copy & paste the subtitle colours from disc 2 (with ifoedit) then its the other way round orange/brown & the second half of the film its white. Also get the same results with nero recode.

Can anyone help me correct this as i want subtitles throughout the whole film to be white.

Try DVDSubEdit.

yamyam, you may want to take a look at the guide mentioned in my signature below.

In your specific case, you'll have to change the mapping/assignment of the four subtitle colours used for either the first or the last part, to match the mapping/assignent used for the other part.

So, after completing the merge with DVDRemakePro (without copying the IFO colours from DVD2 with IfoEdit), open the merged main movie VOBs in DVDSubEdit and select the subtitles for the second part of the movie. Change the colour mapping/assignment for the four pixel types used so that they are mapped/assigned to the same colours in the 16 colour palette as the subtitles in the first part.
