Hello to Everyone, can anyone point me to why should I buy this software, is it any good ?

Who said you should be buying it? Looks like a stripped-down version of VirtualDubMoD to me. The software is available (ftp://ftp2.kcsoftwares.com/kcsoftwa/files/avitoolbox.exe) as shareware. Try it for yourself and form your own opinion.
