weird problem with a burned DVD

I just burned a movie on a DVD but when I play it in my DVD player, it's all scrambled and it's flickering all over the screen... I can't see a thing !!!!!

this never happened to me before, so I tried burning another one.. still the same problem occured


can anyone tell me what's wrong???

1) What was the source for the movie? If the source was a commercial DVD, what is the Title and Region?

2) What software and procedures did you use to create the DVD?
