how it is possible mux into a wmv file more audio track?

if I use Windows Media Stream Editor (WMV9Codec.exe), the only way is create 2 audience with same video and difference file. But there is not method to select 2nd audio track in any player.

No, WMP supports multiple audio tracks. They might need to be marked as different languages though. The selection option is under Play --> Audio and Language Tracks.
