Scenarist ac3enc closes

I am using Sonic Scenarist 3.1 and was trying to use the built in ac3 encoder. It seems to be time bombed or something. About 15 seconds after it opens it just closes no matter what I'm doing. Not enough time to even select the wave files and ac3 setting. Does this if I access the ac3enc.exe file directly or launch it from Scenarist. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope no problem, access the ac3enc.exe file directly.

Thanks for the reply. My original post mentions that I already do this. Must be corrupt then or something.
