Using Imgburn I am burning an ISO image to a Dual Layer DVD, Using one media brand, I have no problem. Using another brand, the playback of the movie stops after some time.

The good brand loads as follows:

HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H20N 1.01 (ATA)
Current Profile: DVD+R DL

Disc Information:
Status: Empty
Erasable: No
Free Sectors: 4,173,824
Free Space: 8,547,991,552 bytes
Free Time: 927:32:74 (MM:SS:FF)
Supported Write Speeds: 4x

DVD±R DL Boundary Information:
L0 Data Zone Capacity: 2,086,912
Changeable: Yes

The bad brand as follows:

HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H20N 1.01 (ATA)
Current Profile: DVD-R DL

Disc Information:
Status: Empty
Erasable: No
Free Sectors: 4,172,816
Free Space: 8,545,927,168 bytes
Free Time: 927:19:41 (MM:SS:FF)
Supported Write Speeds: 4x

DVD±R DL Boundary Information:
L0 Data Zone Capacity: 2,092,896
Changeable: No

When trying to burn the image on the bad brand I get folloing message.

Cannot set the Layer Break Position when burning media in DAO mode.

Is this just a bad batch or is there anything I can do to use these discs.

Hi!Current Profile: DVD-R DLIt's not the brand that's the problem, it's the FORMAT - Simply put, use only DVD+R D/L media (and preferably, only Verbatim), NOT DVD-R D/L media...
