PS to TS Conversion App for Mpeg2

Yeah, I should have just deleted the entire post. Here's the app I stumbled upon - looked promising and it even seemed to work when I tested it on a 10MB file:

Problem was, I tried it out later at work on a 100MB MPEG2 and saw the output grow to over 2GB -> I didn't want anyone else to end up with a completely filled hard drive :D, and put up the message to warn anyone who had already downloaded the app.

In the HD Mpeg2 world, we're still lacking a command line muxer and a PS to TS convertor that "works". (OpenSource/Freeware Stuff). ProjectX sort of comes close, but it doesn't let you choose the PIDs. VideoLan has TS output capability, but it works in realtime.
