ffdshow+wme9 error "spucc: cc_renderer: show: OOPS - caption was already displayed!"

Hi,

Can anyone help with the following error:

spucc: cc_renderer: show: OOPS - caption was already displayed!

I get this error when using the command line interface for WME9 to convert an m2v file (which I obtained using DVDDecryptor to demux the source DVD). I get the message multiple times.

If I use the MPEG2 codec that came with PowerDVD, I don't get the error, but the picture quality is not as good as using ffdshow. I have tried various tryout builds from clsid/drevil_xxl/wm9 but they all give the same error. If I use an older build (ffdshow-20041012), I don't get the errors, but the encoder fails to recognize that the source is 24fps rather than 29.97 and so the video falls out of sync with the audio. Can anyone help? I'd rather not use Cyberlink's MPEG-2 decoder :(
