Have you done any preprocessing?

Sorry fixed the crashing problem, but have an issue with the output being too small. Again using Rebuilder pro 1.11 and CCE SP2 1.0.0.4.
The outputted DVD was only 4.20 GB!
I have attached the log file this time Doh just not my night i guess!
Thanks for your help people.

The best guess would be encoder saturation. When you use "movie-and-menus" it's possible that some of the segments reached the encoder's peak quality level and CCE refused to add additional (useless) bits.
It's more likely to happen on "movie-only" or "movie-and-menus" only encodes -- but can happen when you do "steal space" also (rarely).
By the way... using "steal space" along with "movie-and-menus" isn't really something that should be done... because the extras from which you are attempting to steal space are being blanked.... I'll have to look at the code and see what the effect of that combination might be.

I normally do movie and menus only backups.
the log often says that the main feature' bitrate was raised by one or two percent, so I guess that in these case the reduction of extras refers to studio logos and the like (in case of no preprocessing and blanking them)?

I'll have to look at it today. This may possibly be a source for a sizing error. But I'm not sure until I look. Do you ever get slight oversizing?
@Digga
I just noticed your location. Is it safe to say you're sittin' ?

Oversizing hasnt happened so far on any backups i have done. So i will try again this time with the steal space from extras turned off and let you know what the results are.
Thanks as allways for your help and feedback.
