Signature character length

I wanted to change something in my signature today and discovered there's a new lower limit of "400 characters including BBCode markup" :(

Any possibility this can be increased back to the old levels?

you could remove the junk (like 7zip and imagemagick). As for email, it's in your profile.

If this is an all in signature request thread - how about forcing the smallest font? There's nothing worse than large (or even normal sized) fonts in something that is meant to be a footnote at best.

It's a signature, not a novel or a replacement for google.

Please keep it short. 400 chars is already too long.

You can also use tinyurl.com to generate a much shorter link. On another forum I needed a link to something that by itself was over 400 characters.

I like to see nice base-2 number for sigs - which is why I always set it to 512
but I'm with CWR03
external linking works well

Any possibility this can be increased back to the old levels?Asked and answered before but just for you I'll repeat myself: not a chance. Consider yourself lucky you are allowed a signature at all.
