Reencode menu at specified bitrate?

Is there a possibility to reencode the menu of a DVD at a specified Bitrate, i.e. 3000 kbs ??

I´m using DVD Rebuilder Pro and CCE 2.67

NuMenu4u will offer that ability. However, it does require scenarist to actually reauthor the menu

Its very unusual to get an error these days. Perhaps the dvd is non-standard to throw the program off. If you try other discs you will probably have nore success.
