I'm looking for available AAC Low Delay ( AAC-LD ) software implementations in order to build an audio conferencing solution.
Any recommendations ?

I'm pretty sure that faad2 is able to decode AAC-LD, but I don't think that faac can encode it ... Am I wrong ?

How can we use this LD implimentation? The cli encoder doesn't seem to use it, maybe we have to dig in the source code?
