What do all the boxes under the Labels and Advanced tabs do?

Is there a guide to these somewhere?

Well the labels one is all to do with certain fields in the filesystems.

Look at ISO9660 / UDF specs if you need to know more.

Apart from the volume label one, you'd probably never see/know the others exist.

As for the advanced one, well there's a basic guide on the imgburn forum for 'build' options.
