forgotten pw + changed ISP/email

Sorry about this, can login due to firefox remembering password, but have forgotten my password and have changed email address.
Old: walshdcw@tpg.com.au
New: walshdcw@internode.on.net

How can I change the password to change the email address ?

you can find your password in firefox: tools->options->security->passwords and then click "show passwords"
