Seems to me it might be possible for DVD-RB Pro to use the new ColorMatrix to automagically account for colorspace conversions.

I didn't even know that DVD Rebuilder did any Colorspace conversions. Why should it?

Color coefficient between DVDs and encoders is not necessarily the same, especially if the color model is different.
