Missing audio

Hi,

I am using Staxrip to convert a VOB to H.264 in an MP4 container.
I am using two audio tracks: A 5.1 and a 2.0 in the Audio 1/2 options. I encode AAC.

Staxrip appears to proceed as planned but the resulting file appears to be missing the right audio and I see no way of switching the audio tracks. This is true of Showtime and Graphedit. Any ideas? Here is the log:
