Jdobbs.... will there be a future version of dvd-rb soon that will support windows vista rc2? i get an error saying something about a .ocx file missing but it's right there in the directory :P
Just to let you know cce sp2 1.0.00.4 installed fine :) so it will be WONDERFUL if dvd-rb will have a new code to support vista rc2/ full retail vista in the future

Actually I think others are using VISTA with DVD-RB... if you can tell me what OCX(s) are missing you could probably just install them from XP. Hopefully when Vista goes final it will include all the OCXs that are included with XP.

i think the file is mscomctl.ocx file which is included already in dvd-rb directory ....... i try to download another mscomctl.ocx and place it in the c:\windows\system and the system 32 directory but still same error :(
anyone who use dvd-rb 1.10.9 pro on vista rc2 yet AND got it to work?

You may need to register it using Regsvr32 (I assume it's still there in Vista). From the command line (assuming a standard installation in the standard directory and you've also copied mscomctl.ocx there):
regsvr32 "c:\Program Files\DVD-RB Pro\mscomctl.ocx"
There was some discussion about Vista here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=115784&highlight=vista).

That's really strange. They're really not that different. v1.10.9 doesn't make any system calls that aren't also made in v1.10.7...
