The error came from a R1 version of WHISPER_OF_THE_HEART
First error in a long time!

Hmm... that's an odd error to get in a routine that simply trys to open a file. I'll see if I can find that disc...

Let me know if you need any more info, such as: ini, ifo/bup, or vob.

Thanks for the great work and all the personal help you provide!

I ordered it -- but it will probably take a couple of days to get delivered. I looked around locally, but didn't see it. Have you tried another encoder, just to make sure it wasn't a problem with the beta SP2 code?

If you could send your REBUILDER.INI file to dvd-rb@dvd-rb.com it would help ensure that I'm using the same settings as you when I test it.

I figured this one out, when reading about the DVDFab Decrypter(which I use sometimes) problems in the other threads.
There were dummy sectors left in on this DVD and FixVTS v1.6 took care of the problem.

Thanks for the help!

Hmm... It still worries me a little. DVD-RB looks for dummy sectors and should adjust for them (assuming they're in the VOB files). Is there any chance you might be able to extract a few sectors from the VOB (where the dummy sectors are) so I could see what it looks like?

Thanks.

k, I sent you a small(3.62 MB) extraction of VTS_07, along with the IFO/BUF
I hope it's enough, I didn't want to kill your e-mail with a large file ;)
