I have a Pioneer DVR-103 DVD-Rom, and I have always used Windows 2000 under which it worked fine. I recently reformatted and put Win 2000 back on, but when I started Fair Use, it said there is no ASPI Layer present. What exactly does that mean? My computer recognizes the hardware, and i can play DVDs, but I can't rip CDs (AudioCatalyst) or use SmartRipper or Fair Use. Any solutions?
